House rules
Dear guests,
We warmly welcome you to our vacation apartment and look forward to your stay!
Our experience has shown that certain rules regarding the handling of the inventory and the behavior of our guests are useful in order to make your stay with us as carefree as possible and to avoid any misunderstandings in advance.
To ensure that you and future guests feel comfortable with us, you agree to follow these rules during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation.
General Guidelines
a) The house rules are linked to the rental agreement. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement or retain or subsequently charge a portion of the deposit.
b) All guests and their visitors must follow the house rules and any further instructions from the landlord.
Noise and Residents
a) This vacation apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of children during their stay at all times.
b) Quiet hours apply in the building between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must remain quiet, avoid excessive noise, and be considerate of other guests.
c) Excessive noise and parties are prohibited at any time of day or night and may result in termination of the rental agreement for the vacation apartment, the requirement to vacate the apartment, and additional costs for cleaning, etc., which will be charged to the guests. We ask our guests and their visitors to treat residents and neighbors with respect.
Visitors
a) Guests are permitted a maximum of four visitors during their stay. No more than two visitors are permitted at the same time.
b) Guests must be registered with the landlord in advance.
c) Additional overnight guests must be announced in advance (during the booking process) and accepted by the landlord. Additional costs may apply.
d) Guests are responsible for ensuring that the maximum number of visitors is not exceeded and that visitors also adhere to the house rules.
Events
a) Commercial events for which admission is charged are prohibited.
b) Large private events are also prohibited. For small gatherings, care must be taken to ensure that the permitted number of visitors is not exceeded and that noise levels are adhered to.
Parking
a) Guests and their visitors must comply with applicable parking regulations and respect the vehicles and parking lanes of neighbors.
b) The following parking options are available for the vacation apartments:
Parking is free of charge throughout Stietzstraße.
Please note, however, that parking is prohibited on the right side of the street on Mondays between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and on both sides of the street on Thursdays between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. due to street cleaning.
Another free parking space is available on Quetziner Straße. The distance is approximately 600 m and can be reached comfortably on foot in 8 minutes.
The nearest paid parking lot is 150 m away. The address is: An d. Metow 12-16.
Waste Disposal and Recycling
a) Please empty and separate your waste during your stay and before departure. Please be sure, especially in summer, to rinse empty packaging, especially any residue, before disposal. This will prevent unpleasant odors.
b) The trash cans are labeled and can be found behind the house in the room to the left of the summer kitchen. We ask that you separate your waste according to its type. If you have bottles or larger cardboard or paper packaging to dispose of, appropriate containers are available at the corner of Quetziner Straße and Zur Alten Mühle.
Safety
a) Each time you leave your holiday apartment, it is your responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed for security and to prevent rain, water damage, and theft.
b) Lights, heating, fans, and electronic devices such as televisions must be turned off when not in use to save energy.
c) Always lock the apartment door with the key when leaving the apartment. A second key will be located in the apartment directly in the coat rack upon arrival. Upon departure, please leave both keys directly in the coat rack. Please always ensure that the apartment building's front door is securely closed.
Valuables and Liability
a) We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
Damage
a) All damage must be reported to the landlord/proprietor immediately.
